Abstract

Because vibrations propagate and reverberate, providing precise and distinct vibrotactile stimulation to multiple fingers in contact simultaneously with a touch surface is challenging. Previous research has demonstrated that it is possible to render localised multitouch feedback using piezoelectric actuators.
