In this study, the biogas potential that can be obtained from animal manure was examined according to the animal data of the Turkish Statistical Institute for 2020 in different categories throughout the province of Afyonkarahisar, Turkey. The conversion of the obtained biogas potential to other energy sources has been evaluated and it has been determined how much economic benefit can be obtained from each energy source. Abstract

Energy demand is increasing rapidly all over the world. It is seen that the fossil fuel reserves, which are used extensively to meet the energy needs of the world, will not be enough to meet the necessary energy needs in the future.
