防止掠夺性出版物:图书管理员和政府机构的角色
掠夺性出版是对学术出版诚信的最新威胁。这些在开放获取和付费期刊上发表的文章为低成本铺平了道路。高质量的文章。这些出版物缺乏诸如同行评审、编辑、编辑委员会、编辑部和其他编辑标准等出版物的适当性认证,在发表研究论文时带来了许多新的伦理问题。研究出版物在印度大学考虑教师选择、晋升和增加时具有重要意义。促进出版伦理是作者的最大责任。目前,政府正在打击掠夺性出版行为。像UGC和全印度技术教育委员会这样的学术机构全权负责确保学术期刊的质量控制和监督。图书馆员在教育用户了解掠夺性出版方面发挥着关键作用。作者、图书馆专业人员和政府机构的共同努力可能会阻止掠夺性出版物。关键词:掠夺性出版;政府监管;图书馆员;
