Abstract
The article is devoted to the construction of a mathematical model for delaying claims in a queue in the form of a queuing system (QS) described by right-shifted hyper-Erlang and second-order Erlang distributions. This article is a logical continuation of the previous works of the author. In the article, the Erlang distribution is considered as a special case of the more general Gamma distribution law, in contrast to the normalized Erlang distribution. Journal “Radioelectronics. Nanosystems. Information Technologies” (abbr RENSIT) publishes original articles, reviews and brief reports, not previously published, on topical problems in radioelectronics (including biomedical) and fundamentals of information, nano- and biotechnologies and adjacent areas of physics and mathematics.
