A case of extramammary Paget′s disease with multiple metastases

Abstract

A 67-year-old man,complaining with itch,presented mutiple red patches and papules on the scrotum and right groin area for 7 years.He was treated by repeated local excisions but relapsed quickly.Histological examination showed the epidermis was diffusely infiltrated with large vacuolated cells that have bluish cytoplasm. The CT and ECT results showed liver,lung and bone metastasis.Diagnosis was extramammary Paget disease with multiple metastases.
