This quantitative study conducted the data collection by distributing questionnaires. Before the data collection, the item-objective congruence (IOC) index was approved by three experts at a score above 0.5, and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient value of the pilot test was acceptable at above 0.7. The sampling methods used were purposive, stratified random, and convenience samplings. The data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and the hypotheses were tested by the structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that service quality, supervisor support, task clarity, and perceived value significantly impacted art students’ internship satisfaction. Service quality had the most substantial significant impact on art students' internship satisfaction. However, there was no causal relationship between student expectation and student satisfaction.
