The X-Ray Powder Diffraction (XRD) studies reveals Cubic structure for undoped and Aluminum doped ZnS NPs. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) images shows formation of smooth surfaced ZnS NPs and average particles size was found in the range of 17 nm from the result the Aluminum doped ZnS were influenced to increase ZnS NPs particle size.
