Sample: A purposive sample of 35 nurse managers and 50 staff nurses. Data collection tools: Three tools were used; Recognition Behavior Questionnaire, General Self-efficacy Likert Scale, and Sense of Coherence Scale (SOC), in addition to demographic characteristics. Abstract
