COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH

Abstract

Until now, Lamongan Regency is facing a waste problem, the increasing number of landfills in Lamongan Regency is increasing. This study aims to find out how the process of collaboration between the government, the community and the private sector occurs at the My Responsibility Waste TPST. To reduce the amount of waste dumped in TPA, the government has built an Integrated Waste Management Site (TPST). The research method used in this research is qualitative. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation directly. Based on research findings, the collaboration process at the My Responsibility TPST in Lamongan Regency is going well although there are still obstacles. This research concludes that collaborative governance has run optimally, this can be seen from the collaboration aspect of Ansell and Gash.
