Abstract

Lt. Col. William Casebeer directs research conducted by United States Department of Defense, in a special branch known as DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. The mission of this agency is to imagine futuristic capabilities that would provide an advantage to our military personnel facing combat and to research and produce technologically advanced devices for the military.
