Abstract

2014 The validity conditions of the derivation of the expression for the variation of the reciprocal lattice vector after a déformation are discussed. The variation of the departure from Bragg’s law as a function of the displacement of the atoms is derived. It is taken as a value of the effective lattice misorientation for the reflecting planes considered.
