The purpose of this study was to investigate the oncologic outcome and quality of life after surgical treatment of locally advanced (rT3–rT4) recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) using the staged extracranial/intracranial vascular bypass and combined craniofacial approach.
