A real time computer based data acquisition system has been installed with 30 tipping bucket rain gages and 120 flow monitors with level gages. The Master Plan compares separate dry and wet weather improvements to combined facilities tied together with a computer based automated control system. Different treatment levels are utilized during dry weather.
