RESEARCHES AND REASONINGS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OBJECTS OF THE RIGHT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN SPHERE HEALTH PROTECTION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Innovative development in the field of healthcare of Ukraine directly depends on the effective implementation of the most promising modern innovative developments in medical practice. There are proposed the Criteria for evaluating the innovative capabilities of intellectual property and the method for determining the innovative potential of research projects to optimize the innovative flow of commercially promising developments and the costs of implementing innovations and to improve the functioning of the health system of Ukraine.
