espanolAportacion sistematica sobre el derecho constitucional del bienestar animal. Se analiza el derecho comparado y la relacion con fenomenos como la objecion de consciencia, la anulacion de los actos contrarios al bienestar animal o la interpretacion de los derechos fundamentales cuando hay una afectacion al trato con animales. Se estudian paises con regulacion constitucional y otros que no la tienen, sin perjuicio de un reconocimiento legislativo o jurisprudencial. EnglishThis is a systematic contribution on the constitutional right of animal welfare. The comparative law and the relation with phenomena such as the objection of conscience, the annulment of the acts contrary to the animal welfare or the interpretation of the fundamental rights when there is an affectation to the treatment with animals are analyzed. Countries with constitutional regulation and others that do not have it are treated without prejudice to legislative or jurisprudential recognition.
