EFIKASI DIRI DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA KARYAWAN

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research aims to examine self efficacy and its relation to employee’s entrepreneurial intention. Survey method was used in this research. Data was collected using questionairre and interview. Population of the research was all adminitration staff of Universitas Negeri Jakarta.Sample was determined using simple random sampling technique with 135 selected repondents. The research concluded that: 1) All respondents had high score in self efficacy and entrepreneurial intention; 2)there is a positive relation between self efficacy and entrepreneurial intention with R2 (26.6%) and regression model (Y = 18,678 + 0.367 X).
