WORLD ORDER FORMATS UNDER SYSTEMIC UNCERTAINTY: A SOCIOLOGIST'S VIEW

Abstract

The article analyzes the processes that characterize the change in world order formats during the transition from SPOD- to VUCA-, and then to BANI-world. The results of functioning and dynamics of the main models of political polarization (mono-, bi-, multipolarity) of the world are evaluated. An original author's view is offered on the prospects for further reformatting of the world order through the creation of a CAMPUS-system, the characteristics of which are form a Competitive, Agile, Multi-vector, Pragmatic, Unbalanced, Selfish world.
