Variants of the course of ankylosing spondylitis on the example of a clinical case of twin brothers

Abstract

The case of ankylosing spondylitis in twin brothers is considered. The influence of various factors on the trigger mechanism of the disease is analyzed. Both twin brothers have a genetic predisposition to the disease, but only one of them has provoking agents, in the form of injury and inflammation.
