The results indicate that increasing in young modulus as a result of increasing of Contents of SiO2 Nano particle also flexural strength increased but the maximum ratio of SiO2 nano particle causes decrease in flexural strength. The electrical conductivity increased with the increasing of SiO2 Nano particle contents for pure epoxy it is equal to 3 x 10-7 (1/Ùcm) while it is equal to 1.8 x +10-4 (1/Ùcm) for the maximum ratio of SiO2 nano particle also dielectric constant increased due to the increasing the ratio of SiO2 nano particle. Abstract
