The average age of participants was 70.4 ± 6.6 years. Based on the findings, the average of fear of falling was (25 ± 8.7) and average of depression was (6.7 ± 2.1). The results of Spearman's correlation coefficient showed a significant positive correlation between fear of falling and depression (P = 0.001, r = 0.234). So that the fear of falls of the Aged were increased, their depression also increased. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between the fear of falling and depression in Aged people.
