Abstract
Quantum technologies can become enabling for many future applications. In this work, we present concept, modeling and parameter optimization, for a spin-based navigation-grade gyroscope. This technology bridges the gap between high precision optical and MEMS (low cost, small package) gyroscopes. We study a numerical solution taking into account all relevant magnetic fields and back-interactions to provide a better understanding of the transient behavior of the sensor signal and allow for parameter optimization.
