Each material was evaluated for its fluoride release before and after fluoride recharge using a topical fluoride recharging gel at 1, 2, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>There was a statistical significant difference between different tested time intervals regarding fluoride release before and after fluoride recharge for both tested materials, where (p ≤ 0.001). The highest mean value of fluoride release was in (Day-1), and the least mean value of fluoride release was in (Day-28). There was no statistical significant difference between both materials at each time interval regarding fluoride release before recharge. Aim
