The analysis of internal and external social relations allowed to map the network of relationships and identify the impact of relationships on actors’ performance. The research is characterized as qualitative and quantitative analysis and uses social networking associated with statistical analysis techniques. The results confirm the influence of interpersonal relations on the performance of employees. It is observed that social bonds formed between the employees of the body originate inside the institutional environment, which leads to a rapprochement between the formal hierarchy and structure and the social relationships established.
