Multimodal stain-free imaging of the retina with a sub-40 fs Yb-fiber laser

Abstract

We present multimodal differentiation imaging of unstained retinal layers using a Yb-fiber laser in the clinically relevant epi-direction. Excitation with sub-40 fs pulses minimizes thermal damage and photobleaching.
