Abstract

Abstract The effect of germanium trapezoidal profile shape on the direct current (DC) current gain (βF), cut-off frequency (fT) and maximum oscillation frequency (fMAX) of silicon-germanium (SiGe) hetero-junction bipolar transistors (HBTs) has been investigated.
