The greater the number of inoculations the greater the infection rate in two out of three experiments. Abstract

Inoculation techniques were evaluated for the transmission of Zucchini Yellow Mosaic Virus (ZYMV) to susceptible squash (Cucurbita pepo L.) variety, Gentry.
