Intrapericardial teratoma presenting as recurrent cardiac tamponade in a neonate

Abstract

A 28-day-old child presented with recurrent cardiac tamponade. Diagnostic tests revealed an intrapericardial tumour but was not conclusive as to the aetiology. The tumour was successfully resected.
