EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIZING DYNAMIC SUPERVISION OF PREGNANT WOMEN CONTACT WITH HIV-INFECTED SEXUAL PARTNERS IN THE SARATOV REGION

Abstract

Abstract Relevance. To develop a comprehensive approach with the participation of an infectious disease specialist, an epidemiologist, a psychologist to monitor discordant couples in which a man is HIV positive, a woman has HIV negative status at the stage of pregnancy and childbirth in the Saratov region. Materials and methods. Statistical materials were obtained for the period from 2018 to 2021 from contact cards of pregnant women, outpatient cards of HIVinfected partners from discordant couples planning to conceive naturally, and using methods of assisted reproductive technologies. Statistical data processing was carried out using a software package for statistical processing Excel and an online service //math.semestr.ru //. The characteristics of partners in discordant couples by age, epidemiological risk factors, laboratory tests, pregnancy outcomes are given. Conclusion. It is necessary to develop, approve and implement an algorithm for monitoring discordant couples from the moment of their registration, examination of sexual partners of pregnant women in 100% of cases.
