It was shown, in this way, that uniformity was significantly depend which solvent for CNT solution had been used, especially for substrate with patterned structures. In addition, a significant change of resistivity and intensity of Raman scattering of CNT in films was observed after formic acid treatment due to the removal of residual solvent. Abstract

It was investigated to use the mixture of solvents with different evaporation rates for spray deposition of high uniform CNT films on flexible polymer substrates and substrates with a height differences about 2 micron, near which the formation of nonuniformities is possible when using non-optimal solution composition.
