The crystallite size of particles synthesized at 1000 °C and commercial were 36.00 and 47.98 nm, respectively. The synthesized particles were non-spherical and showed the formation of bimodal particle size distribution with sizes of 5 – 20 μm. Abstract

Lead zirconate titanate PbZr(1-x)TixO3 (PZT) particles were synthesized at x of 0.48 using a solid-state reaction (SSR) method at various operating temperatures of 700 – 1000 °C.
