CONCEPTS AND IMPORTANCE OF VACATIONS IN LABOR LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract

This article explores topical issues related to the concept and importance of vacations in thelabor law of Ukraine, their classification and the need to improve their legal regulation in the neweconomic conditions. It is recommended to create a favorable opportunity for enterprises, institutions,organizations to consolidate in collective agreements and vacation agreements of social purpose longerduration than the current legislation and to expand the scope for providing them. Other suggestions andconclusions have also been made regarding the topic being explored in the light of European experience.
