Abstract
Tensile testing and instrumented indentation of biodegradable polymers have been performed. The elastic modulus, yield strength, and ultimate tensile strength of polymers were determined by a non-destructive (instrumented indentation) method. The registration of an instrumented indentation diagram may contribute to increase efficiency of on-line mechanical inspection of biodegradable polymer products during their manufacturing by additive technologies, and then in operation.
