Cholesterol-loaded metil-β- cyclodextrin in alpaca semen cryopreservation (Vicugna pacos) The methodological alternative

Abstract

The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of three levels (0, 1.5 and 3 mg) of cholesterol loaded with methyl-β-cyclodextrin (MCD) in the cryopreservation of alpaca semen. Six male alpacas of the Huacaya breed from 6 to 8 years old were used, three for the collection of semen by the vaginal aspiration method (PC)
