Abstract
The predictors of millennials’ wellbeing at work keep on changing in lieu with their changing career and work orientation. Findings indicate that the changing career orientation has a positive impact on work wellbeing, psychological capital and perceived employability. The study contributes to vocational psychology literature on enhancing our knowledge on the importance of protean attitude among millennials. The paper indicates further research areas and implications for employers.
