Abstract

Ekaterina has been hard at work combining her vast knowledge on Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) with a new project in collaboration with the Tennessee Board of Regents. Ekaterina has been making great strides in tracking the trends of industry and the recruitment and development of new workers through TVET programs. She endeavors to assure that trainees are educated within their field and are prepared to take on all of the many challenges of the 21st century and beyond!
