The fiber provides four obvious absorption peaks, which result from the energy level transitions of Er3+ and Bi iron. The fiber exhibits ultra-broadband luminescence spectrum region between 1100 and 1700 nm when pumped by 980 nm laser. And the maximum gain of the fiber can reach 34 dB at 1534 nm when the pump power is 131.3 mW.
