Abstract

Miniaturized thin-film biosensors integrated on a flexible substrate were developed for in vivo applications and for use in clinical analyzers. A glucose, a lactate sensor and a pH-sensor was integrated. Both enzyme sensors are based on the measurements of H2 O2 produced by the enzymes glucoseoxidase and lactateoxidase respectively. The solid state pH-sensor uses a neutral carrier membrane.
