Abstract
This paper exemplifies the role of emotional intelligence (EI) achieving subjective career success in the global knowledge industry.,Discussion based on the literature, report, and industry experts.,EI can be used as an effective tool to influence the attributes of subjective career success such as job satisfaction, new skill acquisition, work-life balance, healthy relationship with peers and pride in work.
