Alicia Rios: Tailor of the Body's Interior: An Interview

It was time for lunch on the third day of "Points of Contact: Performance, Food, and Cookery," a conference organized by the Center for Performance Research in Cardiff (13-16 January 1994). Responding to the summons "please be prompt," we assembled at 1:30 P.M. for a "performance buffet." Its creator, Alicia Rios, was ready for an afternoon in the garden.
