Likewise, it showed an inhibition efficacy with a notable difference in relation to the previously developed product, which verified the benzoic acid effect as a chelating additive, thus, preventing mineral precipitation. Abstract

This study evaluates an improved linseed-based calcium carbonate scale inhibitor.
