Abstract

METHODS All 7 adolescent male athletes performed 2000 m rowing exercise after the completion of each of three different 7-day treatments; non-treatment (CO); a total daily dose of BCAA 3.15 g (1.05g×3) (BCAA); or both a total daily dose of BCAA 3.15 g (1.05 g × 3) and glutamine 6 g (2 g × 3) (BC+GLU). There was a 30-day rest period between each treatment.
