The following are keynote remarks by Heath Applebaum delivered on Saturday, October 24, 2015, at the Master of Communications Management Autumn Gala Dinner, in Hamilton Ontario at the Hamilton Club. Applebaum is professor of public relations at the University of Guelph-Humber and president of Echo Communications Inc., a leading reputation management consulting firm based in Toronto.
