This work deals with the study of the performances, the design and the simulation of this topology. The Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation SPWM technique is used for control. ORCAD Capture 9.2 is used for simulation. Abstract

The most important things in the design of photovoltaic inverter are reliability, efficiency, and cost. One of the most characteristics of the used conventional inverter is that it produces an AC output instantaneous voltage always lower then the DC input voltage. The use of inverters with a low-frequency or high-frequency transformer has the effect of either increasing the weight and the bulk or increasing the switching losses.
