At the present time the features peculiar to propagation and scattering of electromagnetic waves in random media have been rather well studied. In this paper we describe the features of statistical characteristics of the angular power spectrum of scattered radiation in turbulent collision magnetized plasma with both nonisotropic electron density and magnetic field fluctuations.
