Abstract

Impending inevitable coupling of Russian power grid with national power grids of contiguous countries demands creation of special test power network models to investigate beforehand various dynamic phenomena which will take place in such immense power grids. In the view of such prospect, power grids of China and European Union (EU) can evoke special attention.
