Abstract

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am welcoming all the delegates and their guests to The Annual IEEE International Conference on Computational Intelligence in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (IEEE CIBCB 2016). This conference is organized from October 5 to 7, 2016 at Chiang Mai, Thailand. Chiang Mai is a largest city in the northern part of Thailand. Chiang Mai is a cultural and natural wonderland with ethnic diversity, a multitude of attractions and welcoming hospitality.
