A participação docente no processo de construção do plano de desenvolvimento institucional do IFSP/2014-2018

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the participatory process of teachers in the construction of the Institutional Development Plan – PDI (2014-2018) of the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP). The research of a is structured in a bibliographic analysis and documentary, in which the national documents and institutional, as like the PDI. The study reveals that teacher participation was intense in meeting the demand of new courses, but this participation decreases when the question refers to the pedagogical aspects.
