Abstract

27 INTRODUCTION There are many mutagens which increase the frequency of mutation in DNA and chromosomal genetic information of biologics. Of carcinogens, most of the initiators that produce an abnormality in genetic information and a cause of cancer are mutagens . Many dental alloys are covered by national health insurance and clinically used, such as Ag-In and gold-silver-palladium alloys . However, the toxicity of indium and its compounds has been reported , and the WHO stated the possibility of the Study of the Mutagenicity of Prototype Ag-In, Porcelain Bonding and Au-Ag-Pd Alloys Containing Indium using the Umu-test
