Abstract

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between Ⅰ and Ⅱ phase IOL implantation for the treatment of traumatic cataract. 一期与二期人工晶状体植入术治疗外伤性白内障的临床疗效比较

目的比较Ⅰ与Ⅱ相人工晶状体植入术治疗外伤性白内障的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月武警总队医院收治的单眼外伤性白内障患者50例。所有病例随机分为两组。Ⅰ人工晶状体置入组28例，Ⅱ人工晶状体置入组22例。比较两组患者的疗效。结果术后1个月，两组患者的视力均明显优于术前(P < 0.05)。术后1个月，II期组角膜水肿、葡萄膜炎、后粘连、继发青光眼的发生率低于I期组(P<0.05)。术后1年Ⅱ期组前房深度及泪膜破裂时间评分高于Ⅰ期组(P<0.05)，眼压及角膜荧光染色评分低于Ⅰ期组(P<0.05)。结论人工晶状体植入术治疗外伤性白内障Ⅱ期并发症发生率较低，远期疗效较好。关键词:白内障;外伤性;植入术、晶状体、眼内;功效、临床
