Abstract
A user-accessible compact nonlinear THz spectroscopy facility (NLTSF) is available at ELI-ALPS. It enables to carry out THz pump–THz probe measurements with >0.4 MV/cm peak field strengths in the 0.1-2.5 THz frequency range. THz-induced transient absorption in n-doped Ge was investigated at 300 K and 100 K temperatures.
